• Beads of moisture are normal on the top of the salve- this is a by product ofthe magnesium- 
• Avoid putting in open cracked skin as it may sting. 

We like to use either at night before bed or in the morning (when wearing socks!). We highly recommend using a pumice bar for feet in the shower daily, followed by the foot rescue for optimal results.
